Uffie Decides To Pop That Glock

"...bad ass bitch, I'm rated X,
I'm gifted, ain't gotta sell sex..."

Yes Uffie, you're gifted, that's why you've released a 2nd album and not just worked on a music video for your biggest hit from 3 years ago... That's why 2 of the first 3 shots in the video are: topless and crotch close-ups.

Oh well at least it's kicked up a storm on YouTube, which is now full of people complaining she's copying Lady Gaga and Ke$ha vs Ed Banger fans smuggly telling them to keep up. Before if you typed 'Pop The Glock' into YouTube you'd get 200 emos miming into webcams and the occasional geeky walkthrough to self-assembling glockenspiels.

Fonejacker 3D

Channel 4 has announced that this Christmas we can excitedly await a new 3rd series of Fonejacker. Fonejacker 3D!

This infact has nothing to do with this week's 3D setlist on Channel 4, don't worry we won't have to continue using these stupid glasses from Sainsburys. Instead, Kayvan Novak aka the voice of Fonejacker will be slapping on some prosthetics and wandering out upon the unsuspecting British public dressed as the likes of Terry Tibbs (right) or George Agdgdgwngo.

How this will work I have no idea! The comedy in Fonejacker as far as I'm concerned is the fact that he's on a phone, the victims can't see him, and we get to watch hilarious cartoons. So this could be terrible. It could be brilliant though, and I'll definitely be watching.

Poetry In Adverts

I am bloody sick of these bloody unimaginative adverts!!

In the UK right now, the TV channels are crawling with these upbeat montages of Britain using a smug poem as narrative. We've seen it from McDonald's, Bulmers cider, the Evening Standard newspaper, and now from Cathedral City cheddar.

I think what's most nauseating is watching massive capitalist companies try to brand themselves as 'one of us'. They're trying to celebrate all things British with a stereotyped perfectly diverse range of characters, but it just feels so fake. So cheesy (excuse the Cathedral City pun). Whereas the true British stereotype is one of extreme sarcasm and pessimism, as beautifully depicted in this parody...
